Dal-less didn't do so well in Lambeau

Well the game is over and I've had time to reflect on how the Packers dismantled the Cowboys in Lambeau today. I give the Pack all the credit in the world especially their defense for putting the clamps on an offense that was averaging 400+ yards/game at kickoff.  The pressure was intense and relentless which led to a couple of fumbles, one by someone you'll learn very quickly that I have a love/hate relationship with. He goes by many names but my favorite is "Double Agent." For someone that generally has some pocket presence, Tony Romo got creamed and gave up the ball.  Now I'll be the first one to say the Cowboys offensive line is not very good.  Sure they're "big mammoths" as Michael Irvin so eloquently stated on Gameday Final on NFL Network a little bit ago, but they ought to be able to block consistently without 1)holding and 2)false starts. Every game Romo is running for his life when the Cowboys play anyone with a semblance of a pass rush. Offensively, we were just BAD. Dropped balls when the ball is thrown right to you (yeah I'm talking about you Roy Eugene Williams Jr.) is not a way to win games. Offensive coordinator, Jason Garrett, listen up: yes you can establish the run game with 3 capable backs instead of throwing the ball all over the yard.

The defense was solid for the most part until they spent the majority of the game on the field while the offense was playing the three and out game.  Once I saw the hands on the hips in the third quarter, I knew the Packers were going to gash the Cowboys in the run game with Ryan Grant. Mike Jenkins played well till he hurt his shoulder making one of those cornerback tackles. D. Ware made his normal amount of plays and I saw Spencer get in the backfield although it didn't net him a sack (close doesn't count).

Next game is against the Redskins at Jerry's House. The Redskins will be coming off a desperation win against the Broncos in Fedex Field today. Whoever was calling the plays in Washington today, did a good job. Feel free to post your thoughts and opinions on the debacle in Lambeau or any other game/sport you want.
